MOT Type 1:

It is a certified granular sub-base material produced from recycled crushed concrete and rubble. It comprises a blend of larger 40mm pieces down to fine dust, ensuring excellent compaction to create a sturdy base. This makes it ideal for use in driveways, garden paths, pavements, patios etc.

Concrete Sand:

Our concrete sand is comprised of rock which is crushed and filtered. It is generally used for concrete products, bedding brick pavers, slabs, and floor screeds and often used as a base for walkways, patios, and pools.

Red & Yellow Building Sand:

Often called builders sand. It is a high-quality, soft sand perfect for acquiring a smooth finish. It is commonly used for bricklaying, pointing, and rendering.

Limestone Dust:

A fine aggregate perfect for bedding paving, slabs, and artificial grass. Its fine texture allows for easy compaction, creating a smooth, flat, and stable surface for applications such as laying slabs, paving, and artificial grass.

Sand and Gravel:

This is ideal for making general purpose concrete for the use in paths, oversights, shed bases, wall footings, securing fence post, path edging/kerbs and general hard landscaping uses.
