FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Are tiles suitable for both walls and floors?

We stock both wall-only and dual-purpose wall & floor tiles. Product descriptions will clearly indicate where each tile can be used.

2. Is artificial turf pet-friendly?

Yes, artificial turf is a great option for homes with pets. It’s durable, soft underfoot, and designed to withstand heavy wear from running and playing.

Most types have good drainage, so urine and water won’t pool, helping to keep the surface clean and hygienic. Artificial turf is also easy to wash down, resists muddy paw prints, and doesn’t require mowing, making it a practical, low-maintenance choice for pet owners.

3. How do I maintain artificial turf?

Regular brushing, occasional rinsing, and removing debris will help keep it looking fresh. For heavy use, a deeper clean may be needed a few times a year.

4. How should I store logs and coal?

Logs should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area, ideally raised off the ground and covered on top to keep rain off while allowing air to circulate around the sides. This helps the wood dry properly and prevents rot.

Coal should be kept in a dry, sealed container or shed to stop moisture from making it damp and harder to burn. Keeping both logs and coal off the ground and protected from the elements ensures they stay ready to use.

5. What’s the difference between topsoil & compost?

Topsoil is the natural upper layer of soil, mainly used to level ground or provide a base for planting.

Compost is decomposed organic matter that’s rich in nutrients, used to improve soil quality, boost plant growth, and enrich garden beds.

While topsoil provides structure, compost adds fertility.
